Which version do you have? On the left side of your screen you should have what's called a browser (with folders like Current Project, Recent Files, etc.). There should be a green folder labeled "backup", under that directory is the last 20 saves you have made, which time it was, and which project it was. You can click and drag it to the playlist and it will bring up that last save file.
